I am very disappointed. I ordered a specific arrangement for a relative. My relative sent a picture thanking me. It was not what I ordered. It was nothing near what I ordered. I ordered the flower on the right with vibrant colors. I called the florist immediately. Nothing was offered to me to try to make it right. I sent an email asking for some money back. I am waiting for a response. I found out that it was my relatives birthday after I ordered the flower. I called the florist back asking if she could add happy birthday on the card. She told me she had a happy birthday container and asked if I wanted it. I told her yes. She did not tell me that she was changing the entire flower. I do not like the flower in the happy Birthday container. She told me the only flower she didn't use was the peace lillies in the flower I originally ordered and what I got was worth what I paid. I told her the peace Lilly is what made the flower I ordered. Again, I am very unhappy.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my cousin who is a patient in the hospital through Kelly Ann's Floral. I didn't tell my cousin. She was so surprised and amazed when she received it, and what a beautiful arrangement it was. If any one of you are looking for a florist, you cannot do any better than Kelly Ann. She is a pleasant, kind & caring person. She wants all of of her arrangements that are sent or given to anyone to be perfect.

They are perfect... Great service and the flowers were delivered pretty quick... Definitely our new flower shop...

Kelly Ann created an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of flowers for our mom’s birthday in such a timely manner, we were in and out! She has a beautiful variety of flowers and the pricing was great too. Kelly Ann’s Floral will definitely be our go-to place for flowers from now on for any occasion!

My family ordered flowers for my aunts funeral today. Flowers were way to expensive for what we received. Flowers arrived with letters missing on banners. Funeral home had to fill in missing letters with sharpie. Letters that were on were falling into casket during viewing. Even leaves & flowers were falling into the casket. We are all so embarrassed by these flowers we recieved!
